Cathryn Baker is a dynamic coach, consultant, and keynote speaker who brings decades of experience and a genuine passion for helping people discover what’s possible in life’s next chapter. Over her 37-year career, Cathryn co-founded and successfully exited two staffing companies, gaining invaluable expertise in leadership and organizational development, experience she now channels into empowering others to embrace their potential at every age.

After discovering her own “unlived life” on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country, Cathryn understands firsthand that reinvention and growth don’t have age limits. This personal transformation inspired her, at age 67 to launch a coaching and consulting company, and she’s passionate about sharing this message with audiences navigating their third act.

Cathryn’s signature keynote and workshop, “Your Unlived Life is Waiting for You,” is an engaging blend of storytelling and practical strategies designed to help individuals recognize that their most meaningful chapters may still be ahead. Through interactive exercises and real conversation, participants discover actionable steps forward and leave knowing they can continue to grow, contribute, and thrive.

Now residing on a ranch in East Texas with her husband, Cathryn is dedicated to helping people at all stages of life discover their true potential and take meaningful action to achieve it.

Cathryn holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification through iPEC’s ICF-accredited program and is a certified Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
