John Young, RHIA, CHPS, CPHIMS, is a Director of Client Relations and Account Management at MRO. In this role, he supports MRO’s major clients as their strategic vendor partner to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.

He is a Past-President of the Kentucky Health Information Management Association and Delegate to the AHIMA House of Delegates. He completed a 3-year term on AHIMA’s Commission for the Certification of Health Information and Informatics Management (CCHIIM) and has also served on AHIMA’s Privacy and Security Practice Council as well as the Electronic Health Record Documentation Integrity Practice Council.
