Lauren Wall is the Executive Director of Health Information Management (HIM) Operations for Harmony Healthcare, contracted to Wellstar Health System, providing enterprise-level leadership across a complex, multi-facility healthcare environment. With more than 16 years of progressive experience in Mid-Revenue Cycle operations across health systems nationwide, Lauren is recognized for advancing operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable performance improvement.

Lauren has led numerous large-scale system implementations, operational restructuring and revenue cycle technology deployments, delivering measurable outcomes that strengthen operational reliability and financial performance.

In the current role, Lauren holds executive oversight of all HIM operational functions, including Release of Information, Chart Completion, Vital Registry, Record Retention, and Document Imaging. Leadership is grounded in a commitment to governance, integrity, innovation, and alignment with organizational strategy.
