Stephanie Fojtik, RHIA, BSHIM, RN, BSN has over 35 years in healthcare working in both a clinical and HIM capacity. She obtained her BS in HIM from Texas State University in 1996 and holds AHIMA’s Microcredential in Patient Identification and Matching. She is currently pursuing her MS in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University HSC.
